- Manufacturing
SGB Dabal’s in-house manufacturing facility is dedicated to the supply of SGB products to all operational locations.
All new products are manufactured to current British Standards under strict compliance to the company’s Quality Management System.
Over 300 different product lines are produced using the latest up to date technology in computerised welding and automatic line manufacturing to ensure consistency in quality and durability.
Specials or non-standard products can be designed, tested and approved in-house for any specific architectural or structural requirement.
SGB Dabal also operates a continuos refurbishment plan for the company’s own hire and contract stocks. All components are subjected to a planned periodic inspection and test to ensure safety and give confidence that materials released to the client are “Fit for Use”.
All of the procedures and control systems instigated are under constant evaluation and are regularly audited by the BSI (British Standards Institute of the United Kingdom).

- Training
Training is seen as a fundamental requirement for the continual improvement of all SGB Dabal services and staff.
Our dedicated Training facility in Dammam ensures that our employees have the necessary capabilities and performance to keep pace with progress and developments in technology, regulations and the demands of the market place.
SGB Dabal employs International training expertise to assist with this aim. Instructors and consultants come from within the SGB Dabal, and also independent facilities, to ensure that we are able to benefit from the knowledge that can be gained from the exposure to worldwide information and ideas.
Training at site level is also a fundamental part of our programme. All operational staff are continually given site awareness, safety and procedural instruction to ensure that they are always working to the benefit of both the client, and the company.

All SGB Dabal branches can supply Computer Aided Design schemes to the latest codes of practice and specifications to suit any project requirement within the Kingdom. All inquiries are fully reviewed at the design stage to ensure we offer the most suitable and cost effective solution for the client Working closely with SGB Dabal, international safety experts, and product specialists ensure that all SGB Dabal designers are in constant touch with changes in regulations and product innovations.
